Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not proceed to register.

1.     The agreement binds you to the Terms and Rules of the International Matchmaking Service (IMS). You must obey all Terms and Rules of the IMS. If you don’t keep these Rules, then you cannot proceed with your membership in IMS. International Matchmaking Service can confine your membership and delete your profile according to our sole discretion with no explanations. Whether your profile was deleted by IMS or you decided to delete it by yourself, you will not be able to receive any refund or used and unused paid membership, other additional fees, and services. Upon confining of your membership, this Agreement will remain in full force. IMS may change the terms and rules of this Agreement anytime; such modifications will be sent to your email immediately.

2.     You must be 21 or over to register in the International Matchmaking Service. By registering with IMS, you guarantee that you have the right, authority, and capacity to sign this Agreement.

3.     Internation Matchmaking Service may review and delete any picture, content, or message which violates this Agreement or which might be illegal, obscene, and vulgar or threatens the privacy or safety of other members.

​

4.     The service is provided for personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use of the service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.

​

5.     The service is not to be used for any other purpose than meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage.

​

6.     You will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the promotion of information that you know is false, misleading, or promoting illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory.

​

7.    You will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person.

​

8.    By registering for our matchmaking service, you agree to receive new letters about new changes in our service and special offers from us.

​

9.     If you are not happy with your results for certain reasons, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Of course, we would prefer to make it right for you first. Tell us about the problem and if we cannot fix it, you get 100% of your money back. The refund will be in LoveCoins (site currency). We don't refund to your bank account. You can get a refund in LoveCoins and use them on the service. We don't refund subscriptions. We solve such requests individually. The reasons you can refund your money back are:

if the lady promised to meet through letters, but canceled the meeting after agreeing earlier;

if you find out on social networks or anywhere else, that the lady is in relations or married;

if the lady was rude to you for no reason;

if the lady proposes intimate services;

if the lady is asking for material things.

10. No matter if it’s a lady or a man (regardless of age, social or financial status), after a gross violation of the agency rules, his/her profile will be deactivated without recovery and will get on the scammers' list. There are also administrative violations after which a lady/a man is fined or receives certain sanctions.

 

Gross violations from a lady can be:

 

if a lady gives a fake passport (national/international passport/ID card);

fake marital status;

hiding the presence or amount of kids;

if a lady is a participant in porno sites and hid that from us;

if a lady’s marital status changed while participating in our service, but we were not informed about that, then we consider that lady as a potential scammer.

If a lady asks for money or any other financial help.

Gross violations will bring to the profile removal with no possibility to restore the membership in the service and publication of the lady in the scammer list.

 

Gross violations from a man can be:

 

age (if the lady has real evidence about the man’s real age, she can make a request to the administration for us to check it and the administration has a right to demand from a man to demonstrate one of the documents that proves his age);

fake marital status;

nationality;

criminal background;

hiding the presence or amount of kids;

if a man is a participant in porno sites;

if a man’s marital status changed while participating in our service, but we were not informed about that, then we consider that lady as a potential scammer.

Gross violations will bring to the profile removal with no possibility to restore the membership in the service and publication of the man in the scammer list.

 

Administrative violations from a lady can be:

if a lady insults, disrespects, abuses, or sends vulgar pictures. The man needs to report such actions to us immediately and produces proof. If a lady insulted, disrespected, or was rude to a man or sent vulgar pictures, she has to send him an apology letter/video letter.

Administrative violations will bring the profile deactivation with no possibility to be activated till the violation is solved. If a lady breaks the service rules again, then her profile will be removed from the service immediately with no recovery and added to the scammer list.

 

Gross violations from a man can be:

 

if a man insults, disrespects, abuses, or sends vulgar pictures. The man will be fined:

 1) if a man insulted, disrespected, or was rude to a lady, he has to send her 5 or 7 roses and an apology letter.

2) if a man sends vulgar pictures, the service administration has a right to fine the amount of 50$ from his account. If there are no credits on a man’s balance, then his profile will be frozen till the man adds credits.

Administrative violations will bring the profile deactivation with no possibility to be activated till the violation is solved. If a man breaks the service rules again, then his profile will be removed from the matchmaking service immediately with no recovery and added to the scammer list.

 

11.  You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees, and independent partner agents in Ukraine, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service.

 

12.  This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between you and International Matchmaking Service 'Wife Ukraine'
